Hello Friend!

My name is Karley. I am the artist and owner of Jordan Valley Designs. If you follow me on social media you may recognize me for my skull suncatcher designs and/or as the original creator of the viral bookshelf hangers. For those that don't follow me on social media (what are you waiting for?), let me tell you a little about myself.

I have been running JV for almost ten years now out of my home. Unfortunatly for far too much of my creative career I was only making things I thought others would like instead of things that made me happy. This resulted in uninspired designs and half-hearted sales pitches. I mean, how am I supposed to sell someone a cow print welcome sign when I despise the look of cow print welcome signs (no offense to anyone who likes those)? I finally decided to ditch the making things for others train and started making things that I loved which resulted in numerous popular designs. Who knew making what you loved would ironically be what others loved too. Anywho, you will notice that my work doesn't follow a mold. I don't specialize in making specific things other than what makes me happy. Suncatchers, skulls, paintings, reading/bookish things, home decor, magical things, I mean really my art is quite the variety of aesthetics. But hey, so am I and since you are here I'm guessing you may be too.
